Purpose
These terms govern the use of the C&C Service Car Rental website, owned by C & C SERVICE CAR RENTAL SRL. By browsing the site you accept them.
Information on the site
The site describes our car rental service. Prices, availability and the conditions of each rate are confirmed to you before payment. Should there be any difference, your booking confirmation and your rental agreement prevail.
Bookings and payments
Bookings are made online or through our service channels. Online payment is accepted by card or by bank transfer. The change, cancellation and refund conditions of each booking are given to you before you confirm.
Pick-up and return
Cars are picked up and returned at our counter at Calle Ruta 66 No. 27, Las Américas Airport entrance, La Caleta, Boca Chica. We do not offer home or hotel delivery. The counter is open 24 hours.
Requirements
To rent you need a valid driving licence, a national ID or passport, and a credit card in the name of the person who holds the booking. The rental is governed by the agreement signed at the counter when you collect the car.
Intellectual property
The brand, logo, texts and images on this site belong to C & C SERVICE CAR RENTAL SRL or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced without written consent.
Links to other sites
The site links to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and Waze. We are not responsible for their content or policies.
Liability
We strive to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date. If you find an error, please let us know so we can correct it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Santo Domingo.
